Our Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your stay at the Inn. Any cancellation will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations made within 14 days can be used on another date if we can rent the room for that evening or can be used as a gift to someone special. Ambroselli's Villa Serendip Bed and Breakfast will make all efforts to rent all cancelled rooms. Please keep in mind we are a small inn and will hold your reservation until your arrival time. 

Our Rates:

All rates are based on double occupancy. Discounted rates apply only to the posted regular rates at the time of booking. No more than one discount will be applied per reservation. Children under 10 are free with a parent in staying in the same room as the child. Each extra person in a room will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per adult.

Please inquire before bringing pets as we may not be prepared to accommodate them. 

Smoking Policy:

 Ambroselli's Villa Serendip Bed and Breakfast Inn is a non-smoking inn.
