The rates do not include an 8% NY sales tax and 4% hotel tax.
POSTED rates apply unless special discount has been granted when
making resrvations. Value added extras with two night minimum
stay.
Rates:
Rates quoted reflect a minimum of a paid two night stay or weekend
rates will apply. All rates based on double occupancy. One
night reservations will be accepted during the week at the posted
weekend rate. .
Deposits:
Prepayment in full required for one night's lodging to guarantee
your reservation. Stays of two or more nights require a 50%
deposit. The balance of your account is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be
charged the full amount for a one-night stay or 50% for longer
stays with the exception of package purchases. Cancellations made
within 72 hours will be assessed the full amount for the dates
reserved. Cancellations will only be honored if you have spoken
directly with the innkeeper and received a cancellation number. We
will not be responsible for messages left on answering machines or
sent by e-mail.
Check-In Time is between 3:00-5:00 pm - later by special
arrangement. We would greatly appreciate being apprised of your
estimated time of arrival.
Check-Out Time is by 11:00am.

unless you have stayed with us before.
Children welcome if approved by innkeeper when reservation
is accepted.

preserve the beauty of the Inn, and in consideration of other
guests, smoking is limited to outside areas.

Balance: cash, personal check, travelers checks, Mastercard, Visa,
