Our Four Day Intensive Self and Spirit Workshop

Healing Spirits is an Eco-spiritual Education and Retreat Sanctuary where the simple pleasures of country life are emphasized and encouraged in order to provide a life-altering spiritual refuge for those in need of alleviating stress in their lives.

"It is  our sincerest intention to help individuals unblock and heal some of the negative unprocessed memories and  emotions that stay wedged in their ‘unconscious’ bodies and thus prevent them from experiencing the joyfulness of life.   Gentle meditative processes are used throughout this workshop, but you do not need meditation experience to partake in this nurturing and healing journey.  The meditative processes are aimed at allowing individuals to experience themselves as powerful divine beings, while also identifying and experiencing the darker side of their souls’ journey.   There is time for inner reflection and group sharing after each exercise, giving you an added opportunity of learning to reflect inwards in a way that promotes inner understanding and further insight, in a highly supportive and non-judgmental way."
