Each morning you will look forward to our scrumptious breakfasts- as pleasing to the eye as it is to your palate. Our lavish gourmet breakfast is prepared fresh each day; not the night before and certainly not out of any package. Even our pancakes are made from scratch.

Owner and 'innkeeper, Fran Ambroselli personally prepares your breakfast with the freshest and purest of ingredients.

 From the freshly ground gourmet coffee - to free range, organic eggs from chickens raised locally, only the best ingredients go into our breakfasts. We use fresh juices - not concentrates. We use organic unbleached white and whole grain flours - not refined and bleached flours. We try to use organic ingredients when possible, and always try to support our local fruit and produce farmers.

Our menu varies day to day; Baked French Toast with Glazed Pecans and Warm New York Maple Syrup, , peaches and Creme Crepes, Cheese Souffles, Quiches, and Fran's signature Skillet Potatoes with Sausage & Rosemary. We always compliment our Main Entrée with fresh fruit, baked fruit dishes and scrumptious homemade breads and/or muffins - Fran's  specialty. Our simple and traditional recipes become easy and awesome when Fran applies her 'modern, updated' flair.

Although our breakfasts are a lavish and gourmet style breakfast, we can cater to vegetarian, vegan, low fat/low sugar, and most alternate menus. Fran is specially accustomed to macrobiotic, organic and vegan lifestyles, and with some notice is happy to whip up some fantastic specialty dishes. Advance notice is necessary for these menu changes, and sometimes they may incur a slight additional cost.

Our dining room comfortably seats 12 to 18  people for breakfast each morning in a combination of group and/or individual tables.

We are available for group lunches, bridal showers and business dinner and lucheon meetings. Please call us for details.
