Please do not allow maps to mislead you. They are not truly to scale and distances seem to be much farther than they actually are. for example the  time it takes  to get to Canandaigua Lake is fifteen minutes and the time it takes to get to Keuka Lake is twenty minutes.

Finger Lakes bed and Breakfasts network with each other and we would be happy to recommend another bed and breakfast in the region if we are filled or if we are not exactly located where you want to be.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM ROCHESTER: Interstate 390 South to Exit 2 (Cohocton). In center of village turn left at stop light onto Route 371 North. Villa is two miles ahead on left.

FROM SYRACUSE: Take NYS Thruway West to Exit 42 (Geneva). Take 14 South to Routes 5&20 West to Route 245. Turn left onto Route 245 and follow into Naples. Turn left onto Route 21 South and follow to North Cohocton. Continue straight (now Route 371) and travel approximately three miles to Villa on the right.

FROM SOUTH: Take Interstate 17 West to 390 North to Exit 2 (Cohocton). In center of village turn left at stop light onto Route 371 North. Villa is two miles ahead on left.
