"When you said that our room was smaller than the other rooms we were a bit concerned but we were honestly delighted with our room. It was charming and comfortable and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more if we had had your jacuzzi suite. We really didn't spend much time in our room, the house was so fascinating and there were so many things to do in the Finger Lakes. We loved the photo album with the before and after pictures of the restoration. All we can say is, "WOW!" Just know that we plan to tell everyone about your home and the great hospitality. It is so unlike any of the other b&bs we have stayed at . So much better! We really felt like we could make ourselves at home and we did. The refreshments were the absolute greatest. Thanks for the recipe for the French Toast too. I can't wait to make it for my family when we get back home."

elle's Study was Fran's Room until after the servants quarters of the house were restored and she finished her own apartment which she now occupies. It is the smaller of the bedchambers in the villa but is quaint and nicely appointed with a queen-sized bed, a reading area with desk and a full closet. A large spacious private bath with a double shower adjoins the room. All amenities are provided. This room is perfect for corporate guests,  There is free w-fi  access and coffee just outside the door in early morning. And you can always Add a Little Romance to enhance your stay!
